At Pimax Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance VR hardware. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Pimax account and visit the Support Center to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket within the eligible return window.
- 2.Pack Your Device
Securely package the electronics in their original retail box, ensuring all cables, controllers, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our designated technical inspection facility using a tracked shipping service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 7 to 10 business days.
